چکیده

Taking a 1000 MW turbine generator as the research object, short-circuit fault in electrical disturbance is analyzed. Since it very difficult to carry out analysis experiments and on actual systems, simulation one of more effective means diagnosis; simulation’s results approach behavior system are ideal tools for power analysis, can provide an empirical basis practical applications. The model SIMULINK built analyze two types faults terminals grid short-circuit. impact load spectrum, current speed fluctuation between low-voltage rotors were extracted conclusion that value electromagnetic torque at terminal greater than side. two-phase largest, three-phase side smallest. transient impulse any point short-circuit; much difference caused by largest. alternating frequency force four kinds avoids natural torsional vibration shaft system, resonance time domain will not appear. However, after removed, residual small has potential rotor system. This shows structural integrity safe operation units fault, which only be applied engineering practice, but also theoretical subsequent research.

Research on the Marine Shafting Torsional Vibration with Gears Transmission

Abstract The torsional vibration of marine propulsion shafting has been studied for more than a century. With abundant research achievements and experiences, a systematic approach of vibration calculation has been put forward for ship industrial applications. However, literature review indicates that when processing the gear transmission in the shaft line, the meshing motion has been treated as...

A Comprehensive Mathematical Model for Analysis of WR-Resolvers under Stator Short Circuit Fault

Wound-Rotor (WR) resolvers are the most widely used position sensors in applications with harsh environmental conditions. However, their performance is exposed to failure due to the high risk of short circuit (SC) fault. Although the output current of the resolver is negligible, its thin copper wires increase the probability of the short circuit fault. To avoid the propagation of the turn-to-tu...

Fault Diagnosis for Steam-flow Exciting Vibration of Ultra Supercritical 1000 MW Steam Turbine

With the increase in thermal power capacity, ultra supercritical units have become the mainstream of power industry. At the same time, with the improvement of the steam parameters and the lengthening of shafting, the production of steam flow excited vibration is frequent in the ultra supercritical units, which may seriously affect the reliability of the unit. This paper has taken steam flow exc...

Short Circuit and Induced Voltage Transient Study on a Planned 1000 MW HVDC-VSC Cable Link

TERNA, the Italian TSO, is planning new HVDC interconnections with neighboring countries including underground links based on VSC technology; short circuit transient studies of such links require accurate cable line modeling in a frequency range from dc to 10 kHz at least. The finite section approach was used to this purpose. Short-circuit transient simulation results evidenced significant temp...
